Tertiary Education: Social Marketing
I was lucky to work on two projects under the employment of the Queensland University of Technology.
First, I helped design visuals and documentation for the rebranding of AMB240, a marketing unit in the business school. We used a service design process with participants, workshops and mapped out pain and pleasure points to design a practical solution.
The second project was a social marketing government-funded project where QUT was one of the main parties involved. The project aimed to understand factors affecting low socio-economic populations around Australia and their post-secondary education.
I was one of two graphic designers who designed the project logo, workshop materials, produced the final report with persona images and infographics, and also helped run workshops in Sydney.
