Hello! I’m Mackenzie.

As a graduate in Business and Design, I am obsessed with the intersection of liberal arts and technology.

I currently work at eBay Australia in the Communications team, finding human stories and passions to bring Australia’s most-visited online shopping platform to life.

Located in Sydney, I live a fast-paced but rewarding lifestyle – embracing the East-coast culture of surf, work and play.

But because this is 2023 and everyone loves a side hustle, I am also a Digital Marketing Manager, Freelance Writer and Graphic Designer. On the weekends I volunteer as a Surf Lifesaver.

What I Do

What do I do? A little bit of everything.

Through university I juggled internships and work experience in marketing and web agencies to give me exposure to the industry and refine my preferences. In 2019, I relocated to Sydney to work full-time in the Apple ANZ headquarters with the Apple Services team.

After 3 years at Apple, I was excited to start a new journey at eBay, rotating between 3 unique teams. This is a chance to learn and foundations of an online empire and connect with some of the brightest minds in e-commerce.

On the side, I manage digital marketing campaigns for fitness clubs and I work as a freelancer writer and graphic designer. I am always looking for new challenges and side projects to keep my curiosity and creativity alive.
